We are seeing listings sell but not as quick. We think it is a transition period where the winter crowd is leaving and the early summer crowd is not here yet. We encourage our clients to price their unit to sell. This means we help you price your property to what we believe it will appraise for comparing it to current sales and inventory of like properties.
We are very strong in our property management. Currently we have a 3 bedroom house for rent but are looking for more properties to put into our inventory as there is a need in our community for more rentals. Speaking of rentals there is new laws or regulations on vacation rentals, if you are looking for a property to turn into a vacation rental please have your agent double check on the zoning and availability on the property you are looking at. There is many available projects or areas but be sure it is in one. As far as investment property, there is a huge need for long term rentals. Many families need to have a rental before they are in a position to buy.
Most of our schools has had there spring break and are back to school. Most schools graduate or finish at the end of May and start the summer beginning of June.
This month the stroll is on April 14th. Because of Easter it is a week earlier than normal. The stroll is a good time to see community and local vendors. Always very enjoyable and a chance to buy local as we have many great local vendors and products.
The Sunrise service is on the 21st at Old Airport. If you get there early there is chairs available or you can bring your own. It is a beautiful service that includes worship, hula, kids message and the main message.
