As far as our rentals go we like to meet everyone personally, show you the property, and hand you a application if you are still interested at that time. We process returned applications by credit check, employment verification, past landlord and look to make sure it would be a good fit for you and the owner.

We do long term rentals only meaning 6 months or longer depending on the property. Security Deposit is required on all our properties and is most often the same as the rent.  You must be able to be the electric in your name. The rent is always due on the first of the month and you have a 3 day grace period. This means all rent must be paid by 5pm on the 3rd of the month or a late fee will be added. The late fee amount depends on your monthly rent but is $100 minimum.
